Maintaining Fitness Over 40 is unlike maintaining fitness in the earlier adult years.

In part one we talked about the obvious two behaviors that must be addressed. The success of those behaviors strongly depends on getting your mind on board for the long haul. A temporary mindset shift will give temporary results. Worse yet the rebound can cause some significant physical damage. The popular saying “get your mind right and your body will follow” is spot on. But here is the thing. It is not a one-and-done thought. We must learn how to cultivate an attitude consistent with 5 super important beliefs. This episode uncovers these beliefs and what we need to do to take ownership of our health and fitness.
