Exercise is no longer about vanity alone once we hit those fabulous 40’s. It’s about taking control of your health and utilizing the best workouts for the next stage of your life so that you can look good AND feel good.
The problem is that this is the point in our lives when we are often the MOST BUSY.
Between work, life, family, kids, finances, and everything else going on in our crazy-busy lives, who has time for it all?!

Maybe it’s just that, “what’s the point”, feeling of working out all alone when you could just as easily veg on the couch and relax after your hard day.
Workout DVDs are an okay substitute, but how many times can you watch the same actors repeat the same motions before you go insane from boredom?
I don’t know about you, but sticking with those workout DVDs for any longer than a month or two had me snoring. Then it was back to the drawing board.

Introducing: my LIVE virtual training membership program!
My In-person Small Group Personal Sessions are broadcast live and recorded via video conference using the free software “Zoom” (don’t worry, if I can find the software easy to use, anyone will).
There are 3 classes held LIVE each week that you are able to sit in on, but don’t worry if you can’t attend - because every session is recorded and you will have UNLIMITED access to every recording!
Think about that...this is almost like having a workout DVD that adds new content every other day. That certainly solves the boredom issue!
IMAGINE not only having this fresh content constantly being added to your library, but the excitement of being able to join for LIVE classes as you see fit and work out right alongside real women, doin’ it all with ya!

I know I have, which is why I made sure that participants can ask questions during the LIVE sessions, just as if you were in the class. And if you need me to critique your form, you can send me a video and I will review it on “Review Form Friday”!

For less than $25/week, you can have access to:
- 3 LIVE 45 minute (max) sessions/week on Mondays (9am), Thursdays (7am) & Fridays (8am) so that you get the unmatched motivational power of working out alongside real people.
- UNLIMITED ACCESS to all workouts as long as you are a member, so that you never miss a class and can work out when it makes sense for you. Enjoy a particular workout? You can repeat it over and over again! That’s something that just cannot be duplicated in an in-person class.
- Sessions will be a mixture of body-weight and equipment-based exercises - don’t worry, we use common equipment that can be found practically anywhere.
- Live participants are muted - you cannot ask questions live (that would be way too much going on at once!). However you can submit as many questions as you like via the chat form.
- On "Form Check Friday" I will review any videos you send me to critique your form so that you can be confident that you are "doing it right".
- The workouts are specifically geared for women over 40 or in midlife, who:
- May not have the joint structure to do high-impact moves
- May experience slight incontinence, or
- Needs to build muscle to address a declining metabolism.
- We put a special focus on balance and posture-enhancing exercises, since we lose these in midlife FAST if we don’t practice them.
- PLUS: You’ll get world-class motivation and encouragement from Judy throughout the workout!
